Linkera – Terms & Conditions

  1. The amount paid by you will make you eligible for a franchise in the future, for which you will be required to submit certain documents when the time comes.
  2. The amount deposited by you will remain invested for a period of 1 year (365 days).
  3. The company will pay you a 20% monthly return on your invested amount.
  4. If anyone wishes to withdraw their invested amount, they must email us at support@linkeramillionaires.com and provide their Member Number, Aadhaar Card, and Bank Details. The company will transfer the amount to your bank account within 20–25 office working days.
  5. The company invests people’s money in B2B activities. If someone withdraws their money before the agreed period, the company may incur losses. Therefore, if any investor withdraws their money before the completion of the agreed investment period, they will receive 50% of the amount originally invested.
  6. If you wish to withdraw your money, please submit the withdrawal request on banking working days. It may take 24–72 hours for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
  7. Withdrawal requests cannot be approved on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, please do not submit withdrawal requests on these days.
  8. Do not share your password with anyone. Sharing your password may result in your Linkera account being hacked, which could cause you significant financial loss.
  9. If anyone marks/signs the agreement without reading it carefully, it will be their own responsibility. If anyone attempts to defame the company or damage the company’s reputation without valid proof, the company may initiate a defamation claim of ₹50 lakh against them.
  10. Please invest with us only if you fully agree to and accept all the above-mentioned Linkera terms and conditions. Do not be influenced or misled by anyone.
